Their pedigree stems from a combined industry experience of over 45 years, across a broad range of industry disciplines. Both Craig and Brent have held executive senior management roles within their respective fields for leading International and Domestic property development and building companies such as Sekisui House, Stockland, Allam Property Group and Paynter Dixon Golf.
The formation of CBTee Group sees the continuation of this successful relationship and the convergence of specialist development, branding, marketing and sales skills to form a genuinely integrated property advisory, development management and project marketing and sales organisation.

Brent Thompson
Brent has over 20 years property and development experience. Following several early years in local government where he managed the masterplanning of several large scale release areas, Brent worked for large corporate development companies listed in both Australia and Japan, as well as small boutique developers. This experience has equipped Brent with a broad scope of property and development expertise, a methodical mindset to continually minimise development risk, and analytical skills for the preparation of robust commercial assessments. He has an in depth understanding of the approvals and development process, a strategic approach to address project challenges and a proficiency in feasibility analysis and commercial viability. His various projects over 20 years have allowed extensive knowledge to be gained on the intricacies, dynamics and drivers of various asset classes, including residential, retail and commercial property development.
Craig Barnes
Craig has over 25 years of experience within the property development and home building sectors, with his core skillset being the branding, marketing and sale of medium to large scale masterplanned communities. With previous executive management roles at both an internationally listed developer & home builder, as well as a large private developer and home builder, Craig has invaluable greenfield market insights and knowledge. In his most recent role as Sales and Marketing Director at Sekisui House, Craig managed an extensive team of sales, marketing and customer relations professionals within a corporate environment, driving the branding, marketing and sales outcomes for the business. Craig has was also heavily involved in domestic and international corporate affairs whilst managing the corporate marketing division of Sekisui House.
